PROCEDURES | BREAKS OF APPROVAL/REALISE

STEP 01
CONTACT THE OTHER LC
Inform the counter entity of the break! Mention the reason why you wish to break the realisation/approval and, if possible, clarify the clauses of the XPP which support your decision!

STEP 02
PREPARE THE DOCUMENTS
Save all the proofs related to the break (*e-mails, conversations via WhatsApp and/or other documents) and convert them to PDF files. Do not forget to save the e-mail sent in "Step 01" as a PDF file!

STEP 03
FILL IN THE FORM
Fill in the form and provide all of the relevant information! Upload all the proofs and the e-mail sent in "Step 01": ECB Brazil has the right to reject the requests which do not fulfill these requirements!
